I had a very nice spinach and lamb sausage salad for dinner; my husband had 2 appetizers and was only mildly happy with them. We were there for an early dinner and the crowd was definitely on the elderly side. Service was a bit brusque to start (they didn't seem too pleased that we had 2 kids in tow), but warmed up as we went on and turned out to be just fine. All in all, a reasonable dinner spot, but nothing I'd actively seek out to return to on a regular basis.
Favorite cozy date night spot for cocktails and steak bites. They are delicious! Update: No longer server the amazing steak bites, but the burgers are worth the trip, too.
Delicious lunches with the freshest of vegetables, fish. The curried crab in avocado is outstanding. The coconut cake with anglaise sauce is to die for.
everything about this place is excellent. probably the best restaurant pound for pound in the sb area. always crowded but montecity folds up right about 9:30 pm.
