Tonight I had the WONDERFUL pleasure of dining at Joe's. The waitress, Danielle, was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! I have been to Joe's before but this girl was without a doubt the BEST! As soon as we were seated she came over, sat down , and introduced herself. She was smiling, happy and very energetic!!!! I knew that this was going to be fun and it was. She was WONDERFUL!!! I spoke to the manager on her behalf and I truly hope to have her as a waitress again. It just happened to be my birthday and she made it VERY SPECIAL!!!!! Thank You.

Was there Friday night with the expectation of a good meal. Our waitress was terrible, the food took forever (45 minutes) after our appetizers and then our waitress was magical she kept disappearing and hardly ever came back to our table. We had to ask for refills on drinks and then getting our check was like scraping chalkboard. The food however wasn't too bad but because of the service we can find a better way to fill our time. Won't be back to the Crab Shack in Sac...

My wife and I really enjoyed our lunch at this restaurant. We had a great view of Tower Bridge while we ate a delicious lunch. I had the jumbo shrimp wrapped in bacon while my wife had the Mahi Mahi and bacon shrimp plate. We also enjoyed their Patio Punch. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to all my friends. If you lucky, you'll get to watch Tower Bridge in action, we did :)

Im actually here now. Waited to be seated for a table of 3 for an excess of 2 hours when it was supposed to be a 45 minute wait. When I came to check on our table they lied and said I was texted. Didnt recieve a text so they said maybe I put the wrong number down, but no impossible when I got the initial "welcome" text. Was put back onto the list to receiee the first available table, waited by the door and heard ten names called all of which were not mine. Waited another half and checked with them again and they lied and said they called out my name. Then said theyll put me at the top of the list after some argument, called my name and once he did call my name there was alot of attitude and of course I heard my own name clear as day which contradicted what they had said before about calling me out and blaming me for not being able to hear it even though I was standinf by the door for so long waiting. Food hasnt come yet but the experience so far cannot be salvaged to more than 2 stars even of the food blows my mind. Will not return, taking my funds to firehouse

Horrible service, over priced. They automatically added gratuity to the check and never took it off, so not only was I charged ILLEGALLY but I have the tip in cash thinking they would take the gratuity off. Called the manager several times to have it fixed. It's been three weeks and it's still not fixed.
