I been coming to this Hookah Lounge since the very first owner opened it about six years ago. They have changed ownership over the years and the current owner Mike is really customer service dedicated. "The customer is always right" When ever you go out you want to be treated with courtesy and respect and feel welcomed is what he said to me. Since Mike has taken over the environment has changed and I'm very happy to keep patronizing this establishment. I agree before they changed owners sometimes you didn't get a good experience or the attention that a customer deserves, but I have to say that has changed and I was worried when they changed owners how it was going to be. Its a very relaxing place to go and study, they have free Wi-Fi comfortable couches and friendly service. Their always trying to find a way to better their customers experience and strive to keep their regular customers happy. There are other hookah lounges in the area and I have been to them all so far this one has been my favorite place to go and I hope everyone will give the new owner a chance to win their business and make University Lounge their spot to hang out socialize and smoke hookah!

Definitely the best hookah lounge I've ever been to. The employees are amazing, with great attitudes and always there when a customer needs something. The environment within the lounge is relaxing and inviting and the couches are extremely comfortable. I would recommend this lounge to anyone!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am handicapped and parked in front of his business. This store owner got horribly aggressive when I had 2 kids in the car with me. He parked right behind my car and blocked us in, came out and started throwing stuff next to my car in the empty spot, and then almost got in a fist fight when my husband told him sorry that we parked in his spot. BTW that spot he could have parked in! I will post a pic. Do not give business to MEAN SOULS!!!

Pros: Great staff- Always come by to replace coals, newbies get tips without judgement. Wifi is available Good product (Arabian nights and Sweet melon) Mellow atmosphere and always have air flowing (nice and cool). Cons: Equipment has wear- seats and hookah water pipes. Overall, good place to come and chill with friends to socialize,
