Great I'm in love!
Dive bar with a Capital D. Prices aren't bad for a resort beach location. $6 for an honest shot of Jack Daniels. Music most nights. $5 cover after 9P. On weekends. 3rd pool tables smallish dancefloor, music runs from surf and flower power to country to hiphop. Locals go there on weeknights, security is serious about no problems so don't come with an attitude.
Low class establishment. The classic tale of power tripping bouncers. I dress very well and had a nice designer shirt shirt that happened to have a hood attached to it. Before I was about to pay the douche said no hoods allowed. It's not like I was dressed like some hoody wearing, pant sagging thug, I was dressed a lot classier then pretty much all their customers inside. I'll take my money else where.
This place is the famous dive bar of pismo beach. If your looking for a hootin good divey time, then you will find it here. but I have also seen my share of nasty stuff goin on here. Its wierd because on the one hand you have lots of tourists coming through, but then you have some pretty shady locals too. but thing is to just check it out and decide for yourself!
