I usually love outback, but this one has a terrible hostess at the door. My girlfriend and I pull up today (a Thursday, 7/3/14 to be exact) wanting to eat a good meal after driving most of the day. As I'm walking up to the door, the hostess sees me, runs to the door, locks it, and then scurries back to her booth. This already puts me at a 8/10 on the scale of annoyed/confused. I look at the posted hours, and apparently they close st 9:30pm M-Th. I glance down at my phone to check the time and it's 9:27. Closing time isn't "kick everyone out of the restaurant", it's just last seating. On top of this, even if I *was* late or she just didn't want to let us in, she should have been professional about it and told us at the door. This is inexcusable behavior from an employee being paid to represent a business. I tried calling to speak with a manager, but no one would pick up inside. She deserves to be reprimanded for this, and possibly fired considering greeting people is literally her only job.

Take the 20 min. drive to Concord and go to that location instead, this place has okay service and a worse atmosphere.
Gluten Free menu, need say more!
