So I kinda thought Apple Bee's was a cool place with Fabulous workers. Until January 31, 2015... Public be careful with your credit or Debit card and check it with your bank ASAP. The waitress is very SHADY. I had this waitress name Linda E. After paying my bill, she went and used my same credit card at another kiosk swiped it and added on her tip. after I gave her cash tip. When I found out I immediately contact the restaurant spoke to the manager. Had I know how to work the Kiosk, I wouldn't need to the waitress or too wait such a long time her our service.......Now I can imagine Apple Bee's is ripping off alot of people. PUBLIC- CHECK YOUR RECEIPT WITH YOUR BANK STATEMENTS~ BEST REGARDS.
It's a hit and miss here, sometimes food come out cold or oil they cooked everything in taste funny.
Past 2 happy hours food has been under seasoned and under cooked but the the bar tender *Jessica*has been awsome both times. If it wasn't for her graceful personality both times! then i wouldn't have even stayed the first time nor come back a second. !!.... p.s. My son and Myself became ill after eating there. although it may have more to do with hand washing than food. the service was horrible, the food was cold. it took 10 minutes to obtain refills.. kind of sucks when you have food thats not ready to go down.. no water. 45 minutes to get food and 10 to eat and run. service is a debacle. if they hired better staff who likes a festive fun positive place to work.. start hiring them..
When we arrived the hostess asked if we would like to take advantage of the Happy Hour specials and we said yes. She followed that up immediately with "unfortunately the bar area is full so you can't get the happy hour deals". We were seated in the dining area and I asked to speak with a manager as it didn't make any sense that their promotional offers would be dictated based on the seating they had available. I was shocked when the manager validated what the hostess had said. What kind of company limits the service they provide their customers based on the seating they are able to provide? We left without ordering anything, I will take my business somewhere it is more appreciated next time.
