Food is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. I have eaten there many times over the last year since I moved here. The last three times I have been there I ordered take out, and it always takes a ridiculous amount of time. I called in an order a couple of weeks ago. An hour and a half later it still was not ready. I went to the counter and demanded my food. They found it sitting in the warmer Where I guess it had been the whole time. Tonight the same thing happened. When I complained to the person at the counter after about 40 minutes she assured me that they called my name, and claims she came to find me, but could not find me and kept arguing that I had to have left the restaurant. I had not left my seat. There are other places to eat, so I wont be going back. Very rude!
Went to Players after an event in Penn Valley. Had never herd of it before. Wow! More then worth the drive from GV. After last night, Players will have a customer for life! Keep up the great work. See you soon!
I've been to players many times they have the best food and a great family atmosphere recommend to anyone
I've eaten here many times and not once have I had a complaint about their food. Absolutely wonderful whether you are in the mood for pasta, pizza, dessert, a sandwich or a good burger, they have it all and they are all excellent!
Oh this is the absolute BEST pizza place in the whole world!! I have not once been disappointed in their food or there service. I recommend this place to everyone. Pizza us AMAZING so is the pasta! I could go on all day about how great this resteraunt is!
