For years Coffee's On has been the place for excellent coffee's and excellent service in Paradise! But lately something has happened or is happening. As long time customers (twice daily) every day of the week we have noticed the drive thru line has been extremely slow. Sometimes as much as 18 minutes from entry to exit. Too long! It is a drive thru not a parking area. The staff apologizes but that doesn't make it any faster. Speaking of staff, with all the recent change in staff this may be part of the issue and we certainly hope it improves with time on the job. Until then we hope you will make an endeavor to improve this service back to the level a few months ago. Today we are driving to Chico to the Starbucks for our afternoon coffee because you are out of ingredients to make a latte with Almond milk. Hope it gets better.
Easy parking or drive thru. Lots of goodies inside to go with a great selection of coffee and tea drinks. Nice place to meet friends either inside or out on the patio.
