Tin roof is a nice, clean, good looking place so I stopped to get lunch to go. The staff was very friendly and helped me right away. The only down side is my lunch wasn't great. I ordered the brisket sandwich and a small corn bread muffin. The brisket was dry, looked liked it was presliced and stuffed in a hot holding bin. It was a bit rubbery and lacked flavor. No smokey bbq flavor, no rub or marinade flavor. More of a bland roast beef flavor. I first thought it was a mistake and checked my bag for au jus but had more bbq sauce. Their sweet bbq sauce has a great flavor but not enough to moisten the dry brisket. The staff was great and I know bbq brisket can be hard so I will try tin roof again on a busy day to try some fresh brisket.
This is an amazing place to get a great tasting tri tip. I havent had something taste so good in awhile. I will definitely be back and telling my friends. Yum
Amazing tri tip. Love getting bbq tri tip sandwich with rosemary mashed potatoes. Awesome bbq sauce and service as well.
Excellent tri tip, good food for the hungry truck driver
The pulled pork sandwich is wonderful. They have a new spinach salad that is out of this world. I have enjoyed everything that I have tried there.
