Worst coffee I've ever received. and the last time I went there it was pretty bad. Not again.
Stopped in the morning and bought two bistro boxes--one for the drive into Sacramento, one for "lunch". I was shocked to find my box (at lunch) moldy, very disgusting. It smelled and I never even opened it. I stopped in upon returning to Lincoln, CA that evening to bring the box in. In essence, the three women there called me a "LIAR". They told me, "That cannot happen because we change these out daily." I was shocked and realized they thought I was scamming them. I said, "I do NOT want anything! I'm just telling you what happened to me..." and left. But I will NEVER be back. EVER. Besides, I am trying to avoid Starbucks because they are OVER packaged, OVER priced, and one more huge corporation... Bad customer service. This was the THIRD time I had a TERRIBLE experience at THE STARBUCKS on Ferrari Ranch Road. 7/9/13 event. the server in AM was cool. The evening crew (esp. one of them) should GO.
Fast service. They always smile and friendly. Good place to start your day.
I live right down the street, and I have to say the gang here is always friendly and gets my order right every time. The store is clean, the drinks are solid, and they get you in and out as quick as they can.
The crew at this SBUX is awesome. Give them a try and you'll agree.
