We always stop here when traveling and they always have the best and freshest tasting burgers and fries. I have never gone through on a mega bus (nor will I) because this site is always bustling. We just stopped in at 10:40 am and had a short wait but a line formed quickly behind us.
nice service, but we could not drink the sodas, they said a lot of people complain, something wrong with the water. Would have been nice to know before we paid for it.
Had severely undercooked fries the last time I was here on a Megabus stop. Soggy and floppy flies are unacceptable, but I had no time to go back to complain since the service was so slow that the Megabus nearly left without me. Took about 20 minutes from when I ordered to when I received my food. Try the McDonald's next door if you're just stopping for Megabus.
Overwhelmed from 11A to 2P. Needs more capacity
Ive been waiting 30minutes, but mine didnt come out. I had no choice to walk out to get on my bus. They gave all burgers to drive through.
