My son bought a ez-o vape for 45.00. On the third day after charging it , the battery turned orange and started smoking and would not shut off. It smelled like burned chemicals and had to be put outside on the front porch. It burned until it went dead and now it wont work at all. He then called and explained what happened and asked to exchange the battery for a new one. The owner asked when it was bought and because he said a week ago, she said she wouldnt exchange it. She has a 3 day policy and refused to exchange the battery or do any thing to make this situation right. I had to pay 25 bucks for a new one somewhere else! Thank god the new one works perfect! He will never buy anything from that store again!
