came here on Thursday for their 65 cent boneless wing, was seated quickly, tables were sticky, ask for 2 waters cups, was only given one. ordered the medium boneless wings (10-12 wings) when i received my wings, they tasted like i was eating wings what were left on a rack the whole day. they were warm not freshly made. the bww is in moreno valley is much better, sucks i have to drive 25mins for better and quality service.
waitresses can be more attentive at times. pony tail glasses guy needs to work not walk around being useless, couldnt even go grab my order, made me go to the bartender for my order, head so big he had to keep walking so he wouldn't fall over, your a server, so serve!
Just got back from the Packers / Bears game that we watched in front of the main flat screen over the bar at the Hemet BWW........after all the crappy reviews I read, I was worried about the service but, decided to try it anyway. Which brings me to why I am writing this review.........There is nothing wrong with this place. Why every review on this web site is negative I can't understand. Our waitress Nancy was great, The food was good, the beer was cold and the price was reasonable (knowing that they have to pay for all those TVs somehow). I got everything I expected and would gladly go to this place again.
Saw a lot of bad reviews but had to try myself. We went around 4pm and were seated straight away. Service was very friendly and food was excellent. Will definitely go back.
Big fan of BWW but this one is by far the worse I have ever been to. If not the worst service I've ever had. I have gone on multiple occasions and each experience was extremely poor. I'm so saddened by this. I love BWW...I was excited when they built this one. I just shake my head at this one. Desperately needs new staff and management.
