The costumer service is amazing, they are patient and I never feel rushed. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and funny. They are down to earth. All my questions were answered in depth and then some. This is my go to smoke shop. Up in Smoke have everything you need. They have wide variety of glass and carry all the name brands. If they don't carry it, they will do their best to try and bring it into their shop. This really is a one-stop-shop, I love it here. They have a wide variety of Vapes, water pipes, hand pipes, bubs, grinders, paper, E-cigs, hookahs, cigars, candy, beverages and their prices can't be beat. The staff is always willing to work out a deal to help us out. BEST SMOKE SHOP EVER!!
This shop has high end products at competitive prices. The staff is also well knowledgeable and very cool. I would definitely recommend going here to check it out. Wish there was one closer to where I live.
