We hired 2 limo's from V.I.P. for a company event. The cars were gorgeous and stocked for fun with plenty of ice, drinks, and classy glassware. The drivers (Phil & Mike) were the perfect blend of professional and fun (while always safe) and went out of their way to make our experiences great. When you add that to the fact that the cost was below competing offers, it made for an overall great experience. I look forward to the opportunity to use them again.
I use this company because their rates are the best. But I'm looking to switch (though I've tried everything else in town - and Chico simply does not have a "truly luxurious" limo company). This company does not put ice in the limo - nor do they provide drinks (unless you request - but even then, they will often "forget" - and still will not provide ice, so your drinks [if you get them] are WARM). I ask for ice every time - I have yet to see it in the limo. I pay for a limo for luxury. If I wanted no/warm drinks, I'd take a cab. Additionally, this company does not look up the directions to your destination - so you cannot relax (seriously, you cannot RELAX in the LIMO) because you have to keep the divider down the entire time to provide directions to the driver (imagine a trip to various local vineyards). Finally, this company will quote you one low price over the phone and show up with a much higher price at your doorstep. Sometimes the base price is just higher and sometimes there are simply "hidden fees" that have never appeared on a bill before. (to be fair I should mention that if you dispute the new "higher price" or the hidden fees, the owner will defer to you). In conclusion, as horrible as this limo service sounds - they are by far the best in town. sad. I know. 3 tips: 1. bring your own ice & drinks, 2. lend your preprogrammed GPS to the driver, 3. be sure to remember the "low over-the-phone" quote and be prepared to defend it in person while disputing "hidden fees".
Excellent, professional, courteous.... They are very professional, offer excellent, reliable service without any hassles and charge reasonable rates. The guys are really nice too and I can trust them with being on time every time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for good car service.
