Our hiking group has dinner at the Forester many thursdays during the year. The beer and food are good, but the star of the show is Brittany and, frankly, she is the main reason that most of us look forward to our visits. She's like one or our group, only better!
Had the crab melt in sourdough, it blew my mind. Service was nice, food was amazing, and it's a quaint little restaurant.
I ordered the meatloaf sandwich. Meatloaf was ok,but was smothered with instant gravy. Mashed potato.also tasted like instant. Guy Fieri won't be doing a DDD show here. Theo previous review referring to the SYSCO truck was mostly accurate. Nonno
Very extensive pub menu including some international favorites. Jaegerschnitzel and spatzle were as good as anything I've had in Germany.
I HAVE to eat there every time I visit Apple Hill. it is a MUST for me! I love the German food, the ambiance, the surroundings, etc. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!
