This place is not up to typical Starbucks standards. Coffee tasted terrible.
Nastiest Starbucks restroom I've been in to date. The general customer area was a mess a well. I understand this place is off the highway and gets many customers to/from Vegas but it's no excuse for Starbucks to charge 5 bucks for a cup of coffee while having DISGUSTING facilities.
Messed up our order twice. The staff seemed agitated since they had to go to and fro with our order. Caramel frappaccino tested weird, not sure if it was due to ingredients or what. Service could be improved.
Went at 7pm. Restroom was filthy. Six employees working very inefficiently. The work area was a disaster area even though it wasnt busy. I like the building and Delores the one who helped was very friendly and genuinely likable. No reason to avoid just surprised a Starbucks would be run like this.
For a Starbucks, this place is below standards. Still a notch up from McDonald's though. Bathroom was fithy and no soap to wash hands with. Considering state law requires employees to wash their hands after using the bathroom, it's clear that these" partners" don't. I won't be back. They're slow too. Sad.
