This location has gotten so slow that I go out of my way to go to the other AV location. The exception is Amy. She always gets my order correct & promptly.

Since Elaina and the regular employees have left, I would have to say 1 of the worst places for service of any Starbucks that I have been, employees are unfriendly and I'd say about 65 percent of the time my coffee is made wrong, my cup will be about the 60 percent foam and 40 percent coffee.
