I think the service I received today cured my Starbucks addiction. I used to enjoy the friendly employees and customer focused service, but that type of service is 5 miles away at another Starbucks. Time to buy a keurig. Horrible!!!!!!!!!
It's the closest one to my house. Often slow, and the workers seems grumpy. They are also only open till 9pm, 7 days a week. Not 11pm like it says on the app and online.
Slooooooooooooowest starbucks EVER. Had at least 3 workers, and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Took over 1/2 an hour. Last time I go to my "neighborhood starbucks." I could have gone to the one by super walmart, or by McClellan AFB, gotten my coffee, and made it back home in the time it took these workers to make my coffee
I've been coming to this Starbucks for awhile now, because it's extremely close to where I live. The only problem is how they make their white mocha frapp. The first time I tried it at this location was okay, but after awhile it went downhill. The staff seemed so rush, they leave chunks of ice behind in your drinks. The rest of the drinks are fine, not the best but they're okay. The staff had no passion in making the drinks. I'm going to a different Starbucks location from now on.
