Great place great food great atmosphere. Every time we come out to Ryan airfield we have to come here. We also drive from NW Tucson just to come eat the great pizza. The only problem is the waitresses aren't that good looking. But overall place is amazing.
The food was good but I was worried the cooks might spit in it. The wait staff were pleasant but needed a little bit more personality and the owner is young looking for his age but don't let that fool you because he has got to be the rudest man I have ever met. The Barn idea is great but the place looks more like it needs to be demolished than renovated. And when they are using that fire pit out in the center of the room I love the outdoor feeling you get but you cannot breath for all the smoke billowing out into the restaurant, fix your ventilation would you? If I had to scale this place on a 1-10 scale, for it's food I'd say a 5 because as I said the cooks are a little scary looking, on service 7, smiling is free ya know and it doesn't take much to hollar out Have a nice day ya'll, decor 1, only because there is a roof and walls, lol, and the owner well, let's give him a 1/2 for breathing. Overall rating for this place a 3. Not exactly one of the nicest places I have been. At least the bathroom's were clean.
The wife and I went to have steak for my birthday. When we got them they smelled of lighter fluid, when we complained and told them we couldn't eat the steaks the waitress said she could remake them but would charge us.
Ausome place to eat
Wed. night the burgers are cooked over a mesquite fire. Great pizza too. Go out behind the bar and look at all the old horse drawn coaches.
