Really hit or miss with this place. Today unfortunately was the latter. I (and a few other customers behind me) walked in to a nearly empty place, and the dude at the register managed to continue talking to his coworker for another 30 sec. I just got done running almost 14 miles, was wanting to just get my drink and croissant and go home to shower. When he got to me, I was visibly annoyed but he didn't seem to get it. Without a smile he would ask me how my day was going and if I had big plans today (Sunday morning). I wasn't in the mood for chit-chat but sounded innocent enough so I told him about my run which he basically tuned out. On top of all this, he assumed everything incorrectly about my drink and croissant. I didn't ask you to warm it up or add whip cream. Anyways, hopefully better service next time. Is a smile and a "how are you?" too much to ask?
Great coffee, great people! Used to go for open mic night! Been awhile, but it was soo much fun! People are really appreciative and nice!
One of my favorite places in Prescott. Good food, great coffee, and great people.
I had not been since early summer went in with my roomate alot and was nervous after the roomate situation did not pan out was worried service would be bad but staff was excelent when i went in last week coffee was great the opened mics every other saturday are a must see and great tallent extremly well ran place very glad i went back
BEST COFFEE EVER, GF brought home a Caramel Blended Coffee and it was amazing! Reccommended! Free WIFI too :)
