Fantastic 24 hr service. .lots of bugs to work out. ...like quality and freshness and a whole lot of accuracy issues. ...it's kinda like the lottery odds are you won't get what you paid for and you get a prize a surprise!
Strike 3 McBadLocation! I've had two previous experiences in which the food was cold. Big time. This time, I went into the restaurant hoping against all hope that my fries would actually be hot and crisp. My order consisted of a "Crispy" Chicken Ranch Wrap, Small Fries and "Hot" Apple Pie. Waiting for my order... this chick with an intensely shrill voice called my number, nearly breaking my eardrums (glad I don't live with that). My food? Cold AGAIN!!! The wrap is something I'd expect to have a chill. But, my fries and pie? C'mon. I'm done with this store. Never, ever, will return. When I left my tray of food at the front counter, there was no offer to set things right. Total lack of concern about customer satisfaction! If you're a wayward traveler and have no other choice... stop by. Your experience may be different because you're desperately hungry. Enjoy your McBad meal.
So finally we have something open 24 hours in Marana! Good restaurant. I am disappointed there is no play area so rather than giving them a perfect score i only give 3 stars, 4 stars if there was a play place, 5 stars if they had more comfortable seating. The seating is ok. But as far as what they do have this is a nice clean restauarant with a very nice bathroom. The food was as to be expected, hot and cripsy fries and hot sandwhich. The furniture is not quite as comfortable as I would prefer. And it lacks a play place. They loose two points for those things. So I give 3 star rating. Add a play place and some comfortable seating for larger fellows like myself and I would give 5 stars. At anyrate I'm thrilled to have something open 24 hours in Marana.
Nice new facility. No play area. Staff are okay.
