This place has it all. Fantastic food and incredible service. Every time we've had dinner at Alchemy, the service has been 5 stars. We have never had such great service and delicious food. And, don't forget the views!

I can't recall the number of times we have eaten at Alchemy since it reopened several years ago. Every single time we have had excellent food, wonderful service (special kudos to Jean, he represents Corsica well!) and plenty of good times. Alchemy is one of our all time favorite restaurants.

I have been to the newly opened Alchemy Wine Bar at CopperWynd a few times and love not only the concept but the food and atmosphere. It is a great place to meet friends for casual dining. One small plate and a glass of wine satisfied my appetite and helped me keep my calorie intake where I want it to be. The views and friendly atmosphere are only outdone by the delicious food. I highly recommend this little gem to everyone!

Had a good experience for a Thursday. The steak was great, but the pork chop special was not cooked all the way through. Paid 120.00 for dinner and dessert but no drinks. A lot pricey for the quality and location of the restaurant. Staff was wonderful.

I was really disappointed by this restaurant. We ordered the crab cakes to start and those were good. For the main course I ordered the salmon and prawns. The salmon was under cooked on the inside, and outside was burnt. It wasn't seasoned at all so it just tasted burnt. It was sitting on top of what tasted like rice. It was bland and uneventful. The prawns were good but they had just been seasoned with chili powder and paprika, so it wasn't anything special. I've received prawns just like that at chilis. There were also spring rolls which were ok, but still disappointing. My fiancee ordered the swordfish. 3/4 of it was good. Well seasoned, but the last bit was really dry. It was served with a risotto which was good but definitely not worth what we paid for it. The server was awful! He was patronizing and rude when he was at our table but not attentive at all. Our drinks were empty the whole time, and then he never checked back with us after we got our food so I didn't even get the opportunity to complain about my food. It's not like it was busy, the place was dead. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the view was pretty awesome. Unfortunately I brought my fiancee here for his birthday, talk about an epic fail. We will never go back to this restaurant.
