The food was absolutely great! We shared the Roasted Golden Beets salad and loved it. The orange vinaigrette dressing was light and tasty. The beets and candied walnuts were delicious. We also shared the Grilled Polenta Cake. The Polenta was light and not too moist, not too crumbly, but the tomato, mushroom, onion, olive, capers and garlic sauce/topping was fantastic. We heard the next table raving about the food to their waitress. Yes, I am vegan and it is a rare delight to find such skillfully prepared food that fits my diet. We had lunch there last Friday, July 11. We had a window side table with a view of the creek. The service was excellent. I had the fish tacos that were some of the best that I have ever eaten. It is not far from the Page Springs Fish Hatchery and Javelina Leap Winery if you are on a sight seeing tour or wine tasting tour.
Stopped in for lunch. The fish tacos were very good as were the fish and chips. Most tables had a view of the creek. Service was prompt and attentive.
