I used to enjoy visiting for food, drink and sports viewing. My recent visit had slow service, a very intrusive and poorly executed trivia game followed by false accusation of cheating to a nearby table of a father and daughter. I didn't know them, but this bad experience will keep me away.
Service was very slow and it wasn't busy. Now I'm back...a year later and on a Sunday afternoon there is only one slow server and we waited 20 minutes before someone acknowledged us. This service is horrible. Then he gave us the attitude.... this management staff is pathetic.
Food has been great everytime we have been there for breakfeast which has been at least once a week for the past six months. Why change when you find a great place. The service has always been outstanding. One of the better places to eat in Valley. We highly recomend it!
There are so many better places to eat, don't waste your time or money on Gallagher's. Depending on what you order, your food may be just average, or pretty darn bad. The wings are the worst I have *ever* had. They were meatless and very dry. They even water down the 'blue cheese dressing' that they provide with the wings. Really, there was a pool of water on top, and no cheese to be found. Never mind that it tasted like Pledge. My kids got the Mac-and-Cheese. Such poor quality, they would not even touch it. The way the make it is to put some boiled shells in a bowl, sprinkle it with a small amount of cheese, and pour in some milk, then microwave it for a couple of minutes. It's just milk-and-mac soup. We sent the wings back, a full dozen, and they returned, 30 minutes later, with a half-dozen what were just as dry and meatless. At least the manager agreed to take off the price of the wings. While the waitress was nice and helpful, the first food took more than 45 minutes to arrive. Many other customers were also very dissatisfied and complaining. Our entire dinner took over 2 hours to get all our food. By then the kids were out of control, hungry, and ready to leave.
Terrible food. Myself and other family members complaining about stomach ache next day. Food was tasteless. Would not recommend.
