My experience at the Vaqueros on Pinal ave was horrible. I ordered shrimp coctail to go plus other menu itiems for my family. They put my shrimp coctail in a styrafoam cup and when I opened it at home, the overwhelming smell of spoiled shrimp was gagging. I have lived on both the east and west coasts and you can NOT mistake the smell of seafood gone bad. Also if you are a seafood consumer, you know eating spoiled seafood is one of the most violent foodborne illness of them all. I called them right away so no one else would would get sick, but to my shock they argued with me. I was not asking for a refund, I told her they were going to make people sick. I asked for a manager, she said he was only there some days. So I was left to attempt to reason with this women who conitinued to argue it was not bad.She said none of their food was spoiled and explained that they used frozen shrimp. I asked her what time or even day was the coctail shrimp prepared and they could not answer that, only saying it was every morning. Hmmm what the THE does that mean!?? The afternoon employees don't make it, they just expect it prepared and left for them in the fridge. I asked what time was labeled on the containers they use to store it in and she said there were no time or dates listed on the tupperware. SO.....is it the same shrimp coctail from a week ago!? Clear and dangerous food safety and health code violations. I told her to eat one of their shrimp coctails and call me back in 6 hours....she told me goodbye. :/ EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Food was good. Their ground beef wasn't the best.
Went through Drive-thru on different occasions. Both times the dumb lady forget something. Call vaqueros to complain. She started using profanity. Ask for manager. She said they don't have a manager. That's all I have to say.
Worst customer service! Unprofessional! Do not go here. Called and asked for manager and they couldn't even tell me when he was gonna be in. Never going back.
