Food was what you expect from an Applebee's. Service, however, ZERO STARS! Our waitress walked away before my husband even finished giving his order. When his food did come, we waited on mine for another 15 minutes at least. Our waitress mumbled the few words she did say, did not clear our salad plates or empty waters and avoided eye contact. This place has no tact and horrible service. Trust me, go somewhere else.
Well we are here now and my server ciarria i belive thats her name was really sweet and tried to help the menus are old non of the stuff on the menu that i wanted was available the birthday barcode scan was on the menu but they said they didnt offer it i wanted to change my steak to a 9 oz with they offer but they said they couldnt do it took 37 mins or longer to get my food after the appitizers they tried to give me my desert before my meal wow
The food tasted ok, but my wife and I got sick from their food. The service was slow at best, granted it was a bit busy, but our waitress came for the order and to give the check. Also, there was an old man puking in the bathroom. Hopefully he wasn't over served, but I'm not sure. Point is, I haven't spent this much time in a bathroom since I had food poisoning. I will never eat there again.
Decent, not the quickest or most accurate service, but the drinks were strong. Overall, would go back.
Don't go there when they are busy don't get the draft beer is always flat. Half price appetizers after 9 is a great deal I recommend the sliders. The 550 calories steak deals are great!
