This mcdonald food is burnt! I orderd me a club sandwhich. When I got it, my meat was burnet and my bacon was burnt and crubling. I hated my food. My sisters ordered there chicken nugets and she asked us if wat kinda sauce we told her and when we got to the window there was no sauce, no ketchup, and no napkins. This was the horriblest mcdonalds I been to. I ordered a pinaple mango smoothie and this lady gave us the wrong one and we told them they did and she wanted to yell we said wildberry and we said pinaple. I saw it on the screen it said pinaple. them people need to get fired on loose money because they suck.

Ok. So the food was pretty much the same as any other Mcdonalds BUT if you would like to go a nice, clean one skip the one at Warren. We had 6 yr old boys from a ball team with us and they more respectful and quiter than anyone working there. A manager had a 6-8 employees out in the lobby basically chewing them out very loudly in front of everyone in the place. We could not hear people at our own tables over her booming voice. I would assume this could have been done quietly in a back room somewhere OR before/after hours. I can see why the place was filthy. She had all here employees busy listening to her rant. I would be suprised if any of them knew the meaning of clean anyway. I don't know anyone who likes to eat over someone else crumbs and spilled ketcup. If you have to eat here, go through the drive thru and try not to think about what is inside.

The drive thru does not save you from the terrible service or attitudes. This mcdonalds needs a new manager and all new employees. We really need Tammy Adair back!!! They always get the order mixed up somehow, they never give the right or any sauce, they all have attitudes, and there is usually some hollering in the background. I know they have a tremendous amount of business and this will not change it, but we sure do need a turn around there!!
