I only ordered a beverage and I did not pay for it. Maybe I would have ordered something to eat but the staff is deplorable, I don't think I blame them. The employees may not be treated well and there are not many job opportunities in this area. The McDonald's is part of the convenience store located at the same little complex, the convenience store staff is equally deplorable. They act like they don't want to justify their outrageous prices, there is nothing nice and inviting about this space. If you want to act like a monopoly it serves you better if you are nicer to your customers. People will seek alternatives if you are not up to par. A good rule of thumb is to stay away from a McDonald's, especially one in a convenience store.
Employees here falsify service time reports by having every customer pull forward in to the parking lot as they "complete" your order. This obviously removes your order from their monitors and they tend to mess up your order about 50% of the time. The food's fine by McDonalds standards, just expect a wait and noticeably cooled food if they're really busy.
I ordered a hamburger and when it came out there was nearly half an inch of GREASE in the bottom of the container...I went and asked about it and they said "It's fine, just eat it". The place us always disgusting inside and I don't know what they call sweet tea but they have no idea what they are doing.
