Didn't give us enough time to order.. Had to remind her to bring us back our change, and didn't give correct change.. never got a receipt.. forgot about the dessert, had to remind her.. talked badly about us to other waiters... not going back horrible service
Never fails! Service always suck! Slow, cold food never enough people on staff & when you complain to manager they have an attitude of caring less about your issue, you get a scripted apology. This is the only one I've been to with horrible service. They need to shut it down
I called at 6:45 last night to reserve a table of 15 for 7:30. I even told the man on the phone it was a surprise birthday party for my best friend. When I arrived with my friend, all of our other friends were still in the waiting area. The hostess told me that I never called and when I showed her on my phone I had called she got an attitude and told me there was nothing she could do about it. Other than our guests waiting till nearly 8:15 to be seated, the server forgot to put in one of the orders, The birthday boy's brother did not get his order till 9 p.m. We never received refills and the server had the audacity to put an 18% suggested tip on everybody's ticket. I will not be going back. It was EXTREMELY disappointing.
Picking up lunch for my coworkers and never again from this place.. First when we tried to place a to go order we were placed in hold for about seven minutes so i decided to come straight to the restaurant and place my order. I stood at the bar to place my order and absolutely no one stopped to help. So i took out my phone and called again. On hold for 10 minutes while standing at the bar to get my order taken. This service sucks!!!!! And the food probably won't be much better.
Waiter insulted my wife and other guests and it took a wile for a manager to come out and all they offered was an apology...This guy came to my table with a very personal and rude insult.... I wanted to physically respond to this behavior....but did not....The manager simply said I am sorry... I believe that this was way way passed sorry.... My advice if you visit this restaurant be ready to deal with your waiters attitude and personal problems.... and the manger will not be in charge. This will probably ruin your nite as it did mine....
