I have been eating at Steffey's since they came to Lavaca from Pittsburg in the 80's. The Uncle Roman is baked in a cast iron skillet, with a top and bottom crust. It's great, takes a while to cook, so call it in early. The cheeseburger pizza uses mustard for the sauce and it tastes like a cheesburger, just amazing. I have not found a pizza they make that I don't enjoy, with the exception of pepperoni, and I just flat don't like any of that nonsense. The white pizza is super good too.
