Outback Steakhouse

Forget everything before this comment. My girlfriend and I came here for a dinner date, and when we got here we were greeted with a very friendly and open staff. We were seated quickly, given an excellent suggestion for an appetizer, and everything there after was smooth and flawless. The food arrived as if on cue, hot and delicious. Nothing was over spiced, overcooked, or over/under prepared. I give this place 5 stars, I've been to many restaurants like it and this one is one of the best.
Outback Steakhouse in Jonesboro has usually been known for great service and great food; however, I went again this past week and had a horrible experience. Some people might say it was due to the icy conditions outside but that is no excuse to receive poor service, especially when hardly a fourth of the restaurant was full. We never received any silverware or napkins. My dad had to collect them off of three nearby tables. We ordered appetizer salads that took 25 minutes to receive. We got our drinks refilled once. I ordered lamb (which is 8oz. of meat) and I received the spare ends of a lamb rack that was about 4oz. of meat. I don't usually complain about restaurants because I know people have their off days but it was a pretty poor experience overall.
I LOVED EVERYTHING OF IT AND NOW I WANT EVERYBODY TO
The food was good but the steaks were way under cooked, ordered med. Well and got rare. Other than that the meal was good.
Great food, excellent service. On of My absolute favorite place. The Wood Grilled Stake is very good.
