this would be the first review I've ever done only because the food in the ta bad really bad.. it seems like the patatoes where old or the greese was bad.. then in my dirty glass was what seemed to be a little baby roach.. you would have to dine in to see for yourself.. if I was you i would just go with the taco bell. ..

Returning from a summer camp, our bus had a flat. The bus driver stopped at this TA to have it repaired. As it was supper time, our load of 40 "dropped" in on the buffet line. They gave us a great deal for the youth and kept the food fresh. Really nice staff.

4-4-14 a big parking lot ... And decent showers.. That's about all this place is good for. ... BEWARE OF THE SERVICE SHOP... They rip u off.. Needed an oil pressure sensor for 06 Volvo.. They said they can go get the part from parts store. Said will cost 65 for that.. Plus part they said is 240.. Plus 3 hours min labor which they charge 107 p/h.. Said Somewhere around $700 it's guna cost me .. I drove myself to get the part.. It was 70 bux after tax... And went to shell lake diesel which is next door to this pos ta.. Which they installed it for me within half an hour and charged me 70 bux .... $140 bux or $700... Big difference ... Restaurant food inside ta is edible but nothing good about it.

waitress was great, buffett was delicious, clean bathrooms!

We live in Ohio, but have relatives in Arkansas, and the TA West Memphis is a regular stop for us, both on the way down, and on the way back. Clean, well-maintained, friendly people, good food, fair prices.
