These people are super polite about not giving a damn. Their headsets were not working, nor were the lights on their drive thru. Its been over a month since the first time we noticed and neither time that we mentioned how difficult it is to see did they really care...
Went to eat there tonight. 7/15/2013 Food was gross, overpriced and because it was getting close to closing we wanted their Banana Pudding shake they didn't want to dirty the machine again we were told they were out of MILK... They are right by Walmart any Boss would have went and got some..... They don't care about service either u can stand there and they talk to u went they want to . I do not know how they stay open....
One time its delish and the next time u go it sucks. Wish they could get it together and make sure the consumer is getting what we pay for EVERYTIME.
I just recently visited as they are under new management...the service has gotten better and the food was great.
I have tried Zaxby's several times. I just can't like it. I think it is overpriced and just so so taste wise. Wish I could give a better rating.
