Ruby Tuesday
Reviews
Service was very poor. Wife ordered soup that did not come until 20 min after we sat down. Salad bar ingredients were not fresh. Servers/Waiters need to worry more about their customers and less about visiting with each other and 'looking busy'. Was not knowledgeable about menu. Get a grip on your job. Very disappointed. Save your time and money. WalMart Deli would have been better. No more Ruby's anywhere!
awesome sauce.
While I admit I don't come here often, I think twice every six months is enough to see how downhill this place has gone. It wasn't just an "off day". The same issues were present two months ago, too. A year ago, the salad bar was great. Not worth the stand-alone price anymore. Brown lettuce, poor item-variety, infrequently replenished. The food we ordered was okay, but everyone's plates arrived at different times, and by the time the last entree arrived the rest were cold. I believe all entrees should arrive together...one person shouldn't have to sit and wait, and wait, and wait for their food to arrive whilst the others eat. The server never came to check on us or our beverage levels until after the meal was over, and the rolls that should have arrived with or before the entrees never came. All in all, the waitstaff made us feel like we were an afterthought. Conditions were the same the last time we were there. It wasn't busy, it was 1:30 p.m. when we arrived (on a Tuesday). This isn't the worst place ever, but are too many other places in Bryant or Benton to get good food and service.
Food was not terrible, but way too overpriced for what it was.
Employees are treated pretty bad in comparison to past years. Food is the equivalent of Apple Bee's and way too expensive.
