service and orders are up and down. We sometimes get what we want the way we ordered it and sometimes we don't. It has been a hassle more than once to us and other friends and family. The supervisor district Manager got things fixed for a while but they have back slided again over the last 6 months or so. We don't go near as much as we once did, nor do other we know. If they get better again we'll give them another chance.

my rating is basically a thumbs down with customer service, ATTITUDE, and restaurant area cleanliness. Without going into detail I would strongly suggest that this Burger King located in Opp, Alabama needs some serious attention from Headquarters Burger King Representatives.
