First Time Eating at Ruby Tuesdays and I should have know better after reading this reviews. I at this location on Saturday. The Salad Bar looked marginal to me so I passed. I went with a steak that came out luke warm along with the Smallest Baked Potato I have ever seen. Also more Medium the Medium Well. The steak did taste good as I told the manger but she asked me about it as she went flying by the table..clearly insincere. I would have complained except my female server who was also the bartender was clearly more interested in tending the bar and chatting up the people there then anything I might have had to say. I mentioned this to a manger after she brought the food and she came over and said "You OK" and before I could say anything was gone. Coke Refill you must be kidding and had to ask another server to bring me some butter. About ten after that she swooped down on me and said "let me get that out of your way" and WHOOSH my plate was gone before I was done. There was still steak on it. She then quickly brought my check and then ignored me for about 10 min as I waited to pay. Finally had to wave the check back and forth to get her attention to cash me out before I blew my stack as by this point I was not happy at all. Waste of my time to talk manger at this point as the cops probably would have been called (for me causing a disturbance) as I would have blow my stack I was that furious so I kept my mouth shut. Even with the Five dollar coupon I got in the mail IT WAS NOT WORTH IT!! Stay away from this place and the management team does not seem to care very much at all what there staff is doing. I shudder to think how many people this "sever" has run off never to be seen again or had to the chance to voice like I am how I was treated. STAY AWAY!!! FAR FAR AWAY!!

Obviously from previous reviews this restaurant hasn't improved in several years. The salad bar that used to be "the best" was disgusting with wilted brown lettuce and spinach, brown mushrooms, mushy apple salad, potato salad obviously made from last night's baked potatoes, slimy macaroni salad... etc, etc. The manager offered to replace the items ( no, thanks) and I ordered a bowl of broccoli -cheese soup that wasn't even comped. A $4 bowl of soup!!

god awful,never eat here again. waitress was sloppy and unprofessional,food not prepared right,salad bar empty,by far the sorriest ruby tuesday i ever been too.

This location needs to be reported to FDA/ Ruby Tuesday headquarters. filthy and food is unacceptable..

The service was awful. Could not get a refill on tea. The steak looked like it was ground up and flattened on grill. Very bland. Shrimp skewers were rubbery. The baked potatoes were bad too. I didn't think you could mess up a baked potato but they did. My husband eat out every tuesday and try different places. We will not waste our time at Ruby Tuesday
