Disgusting. Appeared to be very new, but had filthy dining room and bathrooms. Employee was standing on the customer side of the counter eating and when a customer approached her with a question, she sat her open hamburger on the counter next to the register and went behind the counter. Employees eating in the dining room and smoking outside the entrance. Large puddle of water on the floor near drink dispenser. Every single table was dirty, as was the floor. Health Department needs to re-visit and management needs to start over.

Tables are extremely dirty, no greeting & ppl wearing regular clothes instead of uniforms.
