My family & I love to eat here. The food is always amazing an the service is straight southern hospitality for sure. It makes u feel like Sunday at grandma's
Breakfast is awesome! And the company is always great. I live in KY and make sure we make a trip to Campbell's every time we're driving through. If you like the hometown hole-in-the-wall, then you'll love it. Cheeseburgers are fantastic, as is the sweet tea! And the highlight is watching planes come in for lunch and take off on Saturdays. The kids love it! If you're a snob, this isn't your place.
If you want turnip greens straight out of a can and not good quality ones at that. The slaw needed something else added.. maybe a dash of sugar, relish or something rather bland.. and the pork chop i had was dry and tasteless. My sisters Fried chicken salad was small and not much to it and I have had better many times before.. For the price it should have been bigger and better. Very disappointing.
I love this place. They have some of the best pot roast I have ever eaten. Also the Rib-Eye steak is excellent. You want find a better steak for the price anywhere. I drive a few minutes to get here and have never been disappointed to get there.
Service was good. That's about all I can say.
