I believe the service my family and I received at this establishment is the worst I've experienced. The beignets were fine, but the waitress' (or ever who the lady was) attitude was the worst. Everything was ok until my husband got up to pay. Our total was $19.53, and he gave the lady a $20.00. She asked if he needed change, and he said no. So he went and sat back down. Then she ran up to the table, and asked if everything was ok, we said yes. When we got up to leave with other patrons in the restaurant she said thanks for the $.47 tip not knowing if we had left a tip on the table or not. It was fine with us, but just horrible customer service. We generally leave a tip when we go out to eat, but this was completely uncalled for.
Best beignets I've ever had!
Quick friendly service. Pretty good, smallish portions compared to what I'm used to. Definitely not New Orleans, but as close as you're going to get cher'.
Product is reasonable, but the environment is to toxic to return making the experience sour in your stomach. Owner is rude, mean, and not customer oriented.
Terrible. The entire staff, including the owner, treated myself, and every other table in the restaurant as if we were a bother to them for us being there. Rude, condescending, sarcastic, and immature comments from the moment we stepped foot inside. It's a small place, so we couldn't help but to hear the same type of mindless, insultuous banter shared with each table. To make matters worse, while we were waiting for our food, the waitress stepped outside to smoke a cigarette. When she finished, she served us our food, without even washing her hands. Makes you wonder if they're this bad in front of the customers, how do they behave when they're out of sight, preparing the food! Food was ok, not great, not bad, but being surrounded by people that hate their jobs, and the people that make it possible ruined any chance of it being an enjoyable experience. Where they keep the "suggestion box" should have been a giant hint of things to come.
