6-11-14, 7:30 pm, called in a to-go order. Order taker said it would be ready in 15 minutes, she even asked if my name was Kendrick or Hendrick, I arrived at 7:45. Manager a tall black male helped me. Said no Hendrick placed an order, he asked what I had ordered and did I receive a call telling me that they were out of what we ordered. I said no I did not receive a call. He then went on to assist other customers leaving me standing there. This really made me mad, If this was the first time that we had received poor service from this establishment I would look over it, but this is very common and corporate needs to come in and observe the way the public is treated. I would not recommend this food service in Greenville, Al.
I decided since Cracker Barrel realized that they love Tue revenues of holy scripture believers that I will accept their pathetic retraction and continue to enjoy their food. And 4 star service all over the floor... 8-)
This Crackel Barrel was really short of my expectations. I love CB, but this was not a good experience. The coffee was watered down, the biscuits were old and the hash brown casserole was crusty, indicating a lack of freshness. Waiter forgot the maple syrup for our pancakes...rookie mistake. My advise--keep on driving.
Quick service, in and out in 45 minutes. Food as you would expect from Cracker Barrel. Very friendly server. Great stop if you're on the road.
No idea on food. They sat me down and Never came back. I left after 10 mins
