O'Charley's
Reviews
In the six months or so I've lived in this area, this was the worst meal out I've had, by far. I drive by this location on Beltline almost daily. More than once, I've wondered why there never seems to be many people there. Now I know, unfortunately. The vegetables were actually brown and the salmon was undercooked and over-salted. I had to down my water after a couple bites. Never got a refill, either. My wife's pasta dish looked like it came out of a frozen box and tasted like it too. We are not hard people to please and usually don't make a big deal if something is off the mark, but this was so bad--across the board--this bad review was definitely warranted. We were one of only three tables seated and were still there for almost an hour and a half. In fact, I had to go ask the hostess for our check. The huddle of employees chatting up front dispersed as soon as one of them caught me trying to catch their attention. Haha, I'm not kidding. Wish I were.
Service was not up to O'Charley's standards at all. Me and another couple went there around 2:00 pm one Sunday. They were not very busy... essentially: it took an hour for us to get our food and it wasn't even cooked correctly. then we sat there waiting for the check forever. Waitress was an idiot. I will never return.
Best place in town for a GREAT meal for less than twenty bucks, brunch on sundays is awesome as well. Heath was a great server this Evening .
Worst experience I have had at an O'Charley's. Me and my wife have eaten here twice. We waited only about 10 min for a table, we were seated and we ordered right away. IT TOOK 50 MIN for us to get our food and it was COLD! We had to get our own refills from the bar across the restaurant. we asked for the check because we were frustrated and wanted to leave. 30 minutes later... still waiting on check. I went and found the "manager" and told him that if we don't get the check we will leave without paying. Do not eat here!!!!!!!!! I love all of these fake reviews from "google users"
Worked there, you get what you pay for and the food is great. Wish it was able to get more people to there lately.
