Went there this past week and the remodeling was amazing! The store was clean. The people actually cared about their jobs. Will be back soon!
The fries were cold and not fresh. The hamburgers were not good. Asked for a cup of water and they said it was $1.08.
Found a cockroach in the bottom of my cup of water, after taking a sip.
Constantly wrong orders with unfriendly staff,inability to communicate throughly with orders and a general uncleanness lobby. McDonalds was once a wonderful staple in American diet now this image is somewhat tarnished due to lack of management involvement and employees not taking pride in there job. A good lesson for anyone that's works in fast food, it's that the customer is aways right. Well apparently here this isn't the case. Half the time the staff with argue with you till thier blue in the face that your wrong even after showing the receipt. The other half being that they will just scrape off the undesired condiments tossing it back it the bag partly wrapped. As being a suffer of acid reflux, just scraping off ketchup as a fix doesn't aways fix the problem, nor to throw on a cold peice of cheese due to forgetfulness from an incompetent employe and a very relaxed management staff with no regards toward the customer.
