I went to the drive up today and ordered a Big Mack and Medium Coke, I paid for my order and I noticed the young lady (Carley Hopkins) talking to the person at her window. After she gave the customer her order she continued to lean on the window and talk with her for a couple more minutes, it appeared they were friends. I finally leaned my head out the window and said, "Get her phone number and call later" after which I received a dirty look. When I arrived at the window she snipped that the lady was waiting on 2 orders. Maybe but after she received her order you continued to talk. She handed me my order and said "Whatever" real sarcastic like. So I said "Whatever?" and she said it 2 more times and closed the window on me. Will I go back? Sure, as soon as they fire that little girl with the smart mouth. I found out her name when I called the resturaunt and spoke with the manager.
Today was a typical visit at McDonald's in Citronelle, AL. We have NEVER since they have been in town got one order correct. What's the deal? We keep trying. When we called the manager they always say come let us fix it. But that feels silly......we never do... Today, my order was simple but large and I went in. Bad idea. 1 Mcdouble plain, no cheese. 6 Mcdoubles PLAIN with cheese, 2 Med Fries, 1 chicken, bacon, ranch wrap. She rang it up wrong. We got that correct. We got home with stuff on every sandwich and the wrap had no monopoly pcs. Whats up? The fries were about half full......nothing correct.......oh well , they probably do the best they can......
The wait is very very long will not go again slowest in all of mobile all workers have bad attitudes and should be fired
Incredibly slow. 15 minutes in the drive through every time...
