I really wanted to like this Starbucks because it is in a convenient location, but after multiple fails I have given up on them. Today I picked up a pound of Casi Cielo and ordered a quad tall Americano w/steamed breve and extra room, a drink I have ordered hundreds of times at Starbucks around the world. It took several tries to get the order right since the girl at the register was listening to someone in her headphones...I finally got her to understand, the Barista handed me an Americano with Soy...I mentioned it was wrong and she decided to remake it, however she apparently used the already heated Soy on the second cup, when I mentioned it tasted wrong she wanted to argue. So I dumped the cup in the trash and drove to the other 280 location...AHH a perfect cup.
The lady in the bandana. I think it's the manager. She is a jerk. Doesn't care about customers at all. She should not be working in customer service. Put her in a warehouse stacking boxes. She's be more useful there.
