We were booked into this hotel by our client and we had been here for more than 1 week. We find this a poorly rated hotel... 1. Poor Service. There's no service with a smile and we don't feel welcomed. 2. Poor Service. Asked for the English TV channels to be fixed, can't really view any of them, either they are not in service or no sound. 3 days and counting, nothing happened. 3. Poor Service. Asked for an iron as almost all hotels we checked in do have. Told us it's too heavy and we have to bring our clothes to the reception to get them ironed. 4. Bad Breakfast. One of the worse buffet breakfast with so little variety. Not cheap either! CFA 5000 per person per entry. Add another CFA 1000 if you take the yogurt which they did not label and say it's separately charged. 5. Can't buy our own food & drinks? What if we're not happy or the food is unsuitable for us? 6. No free water or boiler, a standard for all hotels nowadays. 7. Bad wifi connectivity. Very inconsistent service. 8. For CFA 49,000 per night, there are better choices with better services nearby. 9. Surrounding areas are quite bare.
