A glorious setting for a restaurant, however I feel that it is grossly overpriced and not very atmospheric. We visited on a weekday lunchtime - the outside seating is not yet available and the glassed in terrace was full of smokers so we sat inside the main restaurant; the tables are large and virtually all overlooked by large screen TVs showing football. The food was okay but very expensive for what it was. I had a garlic lamb kebab - basically two strips of kebab meat that came with a small onion, slice of tomato and a chilli - for 80QAR (approx. £13). Mixed grills were 120QAR (approx. £20). Vegetables were extra and some baked potato slices cost 35QAR, however they were delivered nearly ten minutes before the rest of the food. Drinks - fresh juices - were also expensive for what they are and coke, pepsi, iced-tea etc was served in a can. There is no children's menu or even an offer of smaller portions/a discount.The staff were competent but not helpful or attentive. On the plus side: they have is a children's play park at the side. Overall I left feeling disappointed and ripped-off, wishing that we had gone to a restaurant in the Souq for similar quality Arabic food (or better) for half the price and in a better atmosphere.

الاكل عُاَدّيَےّ جدا .. وبعض الانواع سئ على الرغم م̷ـــِْن الغلاء الفاحش .. اوربا ارخص منه ... اغاني سيئة ومزعجة .. وتاخر طلبنا اكثر م̷ـــِْن نص سَـآعــهْْ رغم انه لايوجد زحمة .. ريحة الشيشة والدخان واصلة للمطعم ... اعتقد ان المعلقين باليجاب م̷ـــِْن عمال المطعم .... م̷ـــِْن اسؤا المطاعم اللي دخلتها في حياتي
