My wife and I enjoyed the food so much. The owner wife makes a delicious home cooked meal, that is a lot more food than we anticipated. We had mofongo, fresh fish, yuca, and pork chops. It's a small place, nothing fancy, but, oh so good
So to reach El Caobo you need to go a little bit away from the center because it's in a residential area. People first told us it's far when in fact it's a short walk from the center and well worth the trip. It's open from 4 to 10 and my god...was our diner delicious !! Everything on the menu was fantastic. I had the pork : cooked to perfection, and my friend's yuca was spectacular. The atmosphere is quite unique... it's a small and simple place (with formica tables...) but the food is sophisticated. Enjoy :)
