From the point of view of an American: This is the only resturant I found in Puerto Princesa that used high quality ingredients. Everything was perfectly prepared. It was as good as any meal you might find in a high-end American resturant. The chef and manager is a warm and friendly professional who came to our table at every meal to ask about the quality of our food. I hope by my next trip they are open for breakfast. The only downfall was price. It may have cost more than in the USA.
I love all of their food especially the adobo overload and i aslo love their service. It's a nice place for you to dine on.
