Total surprise walking up a random dark staircase to be met by exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff who are happy to cook up a special concoction to your liking. Otherwise try their unique mixes like chocolate and blue cheese cocktail.

Semi-formal cocktail lounge feel. Superb drinks, and extremely knowledgeable staff.
A very pleasant surprise at the end of an evening out, slow jazz at a level that allowed hushed conversation, great knowledgeable staff and a serious selection of tipples from beer to cask strength Islay malts via cocktails and wine. I'd go back again... and again...
